Question 1: What industries do you hire for?

We hire full-time only employees for blue-collar industries, including construction, trades, and manufacturing. We hire for white-collar sectors, typically in professional, office, and managerial settings, such as finance, law, and tech.

Question 2: How long does the hiring process typically take?

It usually takes about 30 days from start to finish to hire using this unique hiring process with platforms such as Indeed or ZipRecruiter. If we are hiring more than one person at a time, the time period will exceed 30 days, depending on the number of hires and the pre-determined, agreed-upon duration.

Question 3: What are the fees?

If we are hiring only one person, the fee is 12% of the candidate's annual salary, payable in three installments.

For example, if we are hiring an Executive Assistant. Their salary is $19 per hour × 36 hours per week × 52 weeks per year = $35,658.

12% of $35,658 = $4278.6

The 1st installment is $1426.32 for setup, the 2nd installment is $1426.32 when we have face-to-face interviews with potential candidates (1-3), and the final installment is when you hire and onboard the new employee.

Suppose we are under contract to hire more than two employees. In that case, the investment of 12% of each employee's annual salary per hire, along with the time required to hire a certain number of employees, would determine the fee before we start the process.

We do not offer a guaranteed placement policy. Because we are thorough in our pre-screening methods, including job performance assessment, 30-60-90-day plan, role profile, pre-employment screening assessment tests, and online and face-to-face interviews, with a half-day working interview. In that case, we can hire the right person for you and your company. With our customized onboarding process, you will be able to develop and retain this person for a very long time.

The only time this process fails is if we hire the right candidate for you. You do not hold weekly or bi-weekly meetings with the new hire to train, develop, and hold them accountable for success in their role, or if something catastrophic, such as a death in the family, occurs in the first 3 to 4 months, and the person decides to move away.

We are not a headhunter service. We are not a traditional staffing agency focused on temporary, contract, or temp-to-hire employees to fill immediate needs. We help hire full-time employees only.

We are a third-party resource that sees itself as your sacred partner in hiring talent, helping you hire the right people to take your business to the next level. We develop a customized hiring process that attracts the right talent, verifies and validates them, and ensures they will succeed in the role at your company. We are in the trenches helping you hire, and we work side by side throughout this whole process. We do the heavy lifting of identifying 2 to 3 ideal candidates for a face-to-face interview, selecting at least 2 for your working interviews, and creating a customized onboarding process while providing consulting along the way to ensure the right candidate for the role.

On average, a business owner's time on hiring an employee generally ranges from 30 to 45 hours per hire. If your hourly rate is $100 to $250, it equals $3,000 to $7,500 for 30 hours at $100/hour, or $4,500 to $11,250 for 45 hours at $250/hour.
